Who is a good candidate for All-on-4?
Patients who have lost most or all teeth in one arch, have several teeth that cannot be restored, or find removable dentures unstable. Enough bone for the implant positions, or suitable preparatory treatment, is needed.
Can I get All-on-4 if I still have some teeth?
Yes. Remaining teeth that cannot be predictably restored may be extracted as part of the plan, and gum disease is treated first when needed.
Is All-on-4 removable?
No. The full-arch prosthesis is attached to the implants. If you prefer an option you can remove for cleaning, ask about implant-supported dentures.
Can I have sedation for All-on-4 surgery?
Monitored sleep sedation is available for anxious patients and longer surgery. Read about sedation dentistry.
